Debt Review *****

I would like to lodge a complaint about the debt counselling company who claim themselves as the NCR working for the government assisting South African citizens revise their initial loan interest rate.

Based on the document I received from them with all my confidential information which they wanted me to sign without reading, pressuring me to sign. They are putting me under debt review without my consent by lying. Call cent representative by the name of Bukho Mhlahlo (which I doubt is even a real name) was incredibly rude, pushy and dismissive about how they acquired my personal information. The information he gave me about their company is as follows:

After receiving this spam call I received an SMS to say I consented to debt review. He then called me to open my FNB app to mandate to a revised debit order with low interest rate. I then went into my app with an intention of counselling that mandate which I accidentally accepted. Now they do not want to council that mandate instead they are pushing me to sign the document they sent me.
