My vehicle was damaged by the repairer

My car was sent in to Pro CV & Steering on Tuesday. Today I went to fetch my car. I was shocked to see my bumper damaged, cracked on rhs and my front rhs fender was nicked on the top. I gave the manager clear instructions about the vehicle but none was adhered. Maggie the wife argued with me and refused to take responsibility.

I had to calm Maggie down to have a proper conversation. This is very upsetting......
