Need help

I paid R9700 to pro cute Holdings to clear my name on ***** alert after 6 months filling to fulfill their promises.we both seceded to consell the deal and my money will be refunded in full after I sign a refund forms.they sent the forms and indeed I signed and sent it back and the refund I was told it will be paid in 5 to 7 working days.it took them a month only to pay me R2000 and after another struggle they pay R3000 that was the last time I have spoken to the owner Sipho Mona I was told at the reception m blocking colls with my constant colling.m still trying to get my R4700.Those payments where made in 2020 October and November till to date my money hasn't been paid in full.
