Be wary when utilizing any company that is owned by Nishan Archari he might change the company name due to the constant complaints. Firstly he is trading under the pretense of a franchise called Mastergroup. I contacted Mastergroup and they sent an official response as per below. This letter serves to notify you that one of our previous franchisees, Mr. Nishan Archari, is no longer directly affiliated with our company, Pro Coatings. He does not work for or with us any longer even though he is still operating under the same name. He is also falsely using our company letter head with our previous address of business and our company VAT and Registration number as his own. With regards to his workmanship, he is totally unprofessional. I hired him to do some waterproofing on my sunroom roof in Sept ’21. He dropped his casual worker at my premises and left, he never returned to inspect the work that was carried out. During the first rains after the job was done, the roof was still leaking and I contacted him continuously since then all I got was empty promises that he will come out but he never did. He provides a 5 year guarantee which he does not honor.
