Unsatisfied customer

I was involved in an accident on the 15 September 2022. My vehicle was booked in at this company and initially they said that job done will take approximately 10 working days. I only received my vehicle back on the 28 October 2022 who h was 6 weeks later and with alot of problems. They were suppose to only work on the front and rear dlside of the vehicle however my vehicle came back with the Right front window not working and it was in working order when it was booked into this company. On the day I went to go fetch my vehicle I realized that it was not working and told the guy by the name of Gavin and he said to me that I need to take the vehicle as they need to log an additional claim with my insurance. So now my argument with them was as to why log an additional with my insurance if the window was working. Now they refuse to take responsibility for my broken window. I haven't driven my vehicle since and in Saturday 5 November when my fiance went through the vehicle if is then when we realized that my vehicle battery was also changed and that it was a 2020 baterry and we bought a new baterry in 2021. Also proof that my window was tempered with was the fact the one of the *****s were missing on the door panel. When I raised this issue with Gavin he was quite rude in a manner. I will not advise anyone to make use of this Probeat Autobody as they tempering with vehicle which are not broken. I'm really very upset with the service I received from them.
