The service I received from this N4 Gate way was stunning.

I brought in my car on the 5th July 2022 and the 2 reception ladies welcomed me nicely with a smile, immediately arranged assessor and that was the start of the good thing.

Then Gavin came in and took over my claim and started phoning me to discuss any other defects, requests or permissions. He kept updating me each progress and on their audiowatch application where you can actually see all the progress photos.

During the process, I was even called to see my car at painting bay and was looking good.

I collected my car today 22nd July and during the quality control, Gavin went extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction by explaining further.
