PRO-BEAT-DEAD-BEAT AUTOBODY
Good day, my name is Benjamin Maimela, residing in Nelspruit. I was involve in an accident in November the 19th 2021 in Pretoria and my car was towed to Pro-beat Auto-body at N4 gateway in Pretoria. The insurance company approved the claim in December 2021 and granted Pro-beat the approval to proceed with repairs, to date I have not received my car 4 months later. I have been back and forth with Pro-beat to find out what might be the hold up on my car, with vein. Nelson from Pro-beat who is assigned to deal with my car seems to be clueless and every time I call him or my insurance call him for an update, he plays dead and acts forgetful as if he's suffering from dementia and keeps of lying and shifting the goal post for the deadline. He always promises me lies and never takes responsibility for anything.
Its 4 months now and i have no means of transport, I'm using that car for business as I'm self-employed and not it has negatively affected my business and lifestyle. Regardless of the poor service and low standard, lack of communication and bad business ethics, the company represented by Nelson failed to even offer a curtsy vehicle in order use while awaiting them to repair my vehicle because of them taking forever with my vehicle.
we have tried by all means to communicate with Pro-beat but every time we get an excuse from Nelson and that left me no choice but to try and expose this unacceptable and unprofessional conduct by PRO-BEAT AUTOBODY which to me is just a DEAD-BEAT AUTOBODY to me and want to make other consumers aware not to also fall trap of this people.
I will like hello Peter to kindly assist by exposing this company to protect the rights of South Africans consumers and hopefully this will help Pro-beat autobody to improve on their service delivery.
Thank you and,
Kind Regards Benjamin
