Poor Service

<div>POOR SERVICE - I have been in an accident on 15 March 2021. Firsthelp took my vehicle to this company. Today is 03 May 2021, and i still cannot get an answer on when I will receive my vehicle. I was first told that I will get my vehicle 22 April 2021. I had to phone again to follow up, then I got photos and was advised that I will not receive my vehicle. I had to follow up again on 28 April 2021, no feedback that day, I was told that they will phone, no phone call what so ever. On 29 April 2021, i had to phone once again where I was told that I can collect my car on Friday 30 April 2021. On my way there I received a call telling me that my vehicle is not ready. Today is 3 May 2021 and I have been struggling the whole day to get an answer on when my vehicle will be done. I will never recommend Pro Beat Auto Body to anyone I know. I hope I never have to make use of them again. They leave a very bad taste in ones mouth. I am utterly disgusted with their service.</div>
