Horrible experience - nobody cares!

Almost 10 weeks I’ve been waiting on car. I swear if I were to show you the images I have when I dropped off car you’d easily swear it wouldn’t take so long.

Between my insurance, my broker (I don’t even know why I call him that), claims, panel beater. Nobody cares. Imagine calling someone to follow up on the status of your car that’s in their possession and having someone shout at you for asking. It’s near 10 weeks I’ve been waiting. My car has been gone so long my neighbors have been parking in my parking bay for the last month and a bit. Imagine everything coming to a halt, business, funerals, meetings.

One time I was even promised they would get back to me in a week or two about rental option as this is taking so long. This period they spoke of has long elapsed and this isn’t something they’ve offered as an option since then.
