Pro Automation came to fix my gate battery. We arranged a time and date. On the day, they contacted me 30 mins before to confirm they were on their way. They arrived on time, fixed the problem without any fuss and gave me excellent explanations regarding exactly what they were doing and why. They told me they would give me 5 days before sending the invoice so I would have time to check all was in working order before being expected to pay. #SupportLocal.
