Poor support from Pro Automation

Horrible experience!!!!

I dont even know where to start with this one. I am using one of theier products called PoolSense and I bought it sometime last year after reading some good reviews on it but last week it just stopped syncing with the mobile app and I have tried to reach them but the support team is so slow and almost not interested in helping.

I recommend you stay with the manual test strips rather than wasting your precious money with this expensive product that lacks good support
