Pro Auto Keys based in Centurion is a no no.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pro Auto Keys Centurion, Pretoria, specifically Itumeleng, the owner. He replaced my wife's Renault Clio key less than a month ago, and it's already faulty.

When the key malfunctioned, Itumeleng came to inspect and attempted to reprogram a new key but failed. He then claimed there was an electrical issue with the car, despite my expert's diagnosis indicating a Body Control Module (BCM) problem.

Itumeleng's incompetence caused more damage, rendering the key unable to lock the car. His electrician found no earthing issues, and further inspection confirmed BCM *******ion.

Despite providing a quote and explanation, Itumeleng refused to acknowledge the issue and demanded an impossible diagnostic report. He blocked me from contacting him and never followed up with the mechanic.

*Red Flags:*

- Faulty key replacement - *********** diagnosis - Failure to reprogram key - Damage to car's locking system - Unprofessional communication - Refusal to acknowledge expert diagnosis

*Warning:* Do not trust Pro Auto Keys with your vehicle's security. Their services are subpar, and their owner is unaccountable.

*Recommendation:* Seek reputable, expert auto locksmiths who prioritize customer satisfaction and quality work.
