A detailed quote was sent to me within a day of making a request for it. The quote was detailed and came with a easily understandable diagram(i requested a quote for desk legs). Throughout the quotation and alteration process, they remained friendly and extremely helpful. And the shipping is detailed with constant updates on where my package is. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would gladly do business with them again.
