Completely unprofessional establishment

Booked an appointment for 30th at 11 am over the phone. They asked me to send a WhatsApp so I can confirm the kind of lashes I would like and send me their location. I picked the lashes I want from the examples sent over WhatsApp. Arrived at 10:50 only to be told at 11:30 that the appointment was not confirmed and I will not be helped amd that she is busy. Completely dismissive and unprofessional. Have never been treated like that at a beauty establishment before. Complete waste of time and petrol
