Worst service!!!!

What a shame, These people have no heart. Numerous times we have asked to make an arrangement on our outstanding electricity account, the only answer we get , is no arrangement is allowed....what nonsense is that , surely an arrangement can be made. No my electricity was disconnected , and they will only reconnect after we settle and pay an additional 1200 , this is pathetic so say the least.
