Worst Property administrator I've experienced
This report is for the benefit of the public, as I noticed Pro Admin are listed as a company who respond, but choose not to. This is my opinion, I really do not expect any positive response from them.<br> <br> The experience I have found is that they do the minimum they need to and ignore or pass on requests. They do not offer a service, but just push paperwork around to make the board happy. Every answer is\ I will refer it to the board."<br> <br> I have on a number of occasions asked for financial information and been told"

We have no powers other than those that are delegated to us by the Board of Trustees/Directors in terms of our written service agreement. We are the servant of the Body Corporate/HOA not the master. With this in mind we refer issues to the Board for authorization and/or instructions.
The reason for this post appears to be the unmentioned dispute that Mr Nell has with the Trustees/Directors over a particular incident that occurred last year at the Estate. After the situation between Mr Nell and the Body Corporate became acrimonious, we were given a written instruction to refer all Mr Nell's communications to the Body Corporate's Attorney.
