Utter disregard for people
I am locked out my place right now, with all my ish inside, because I have not paid my rent in full, paid but not in full. I got a call yesterday noon, a lady whose name I later found out was Lorraine, saying my place will be locked in a hour. I was at the ProAdmin office with in 15 min. When she finally came to speak to us, OWG, disaster!!!. I've been homelessly trying since yesterday to workout a payment arrangement, and by payment arrangement I mean by the 20th I'll be up to date. No one, including the managers are listening.No eviction notice or any notice. This is borderline *******, but what do I know. I want to cancel the damn contract and use my deposit fee to cover the cost, so i can get my stuff. Is there someone out there at ProbAdmin with a heart????
Mr Thabo's rental account is outstanding since October 2015, He ignored sms's sent to him on 9/10/2015, 12/10/2015, 15/10/2015, 5/11/2015, 11/11/2015, 12/11/2015, and did not bother to communicate with us prior to his visit to our offices on 09/12/2015. During his visit he indicated that he wants to give notice to vacate, and we handed him the relevant form to complete. Up to date we have not received the notice to vacate form back. The tenant is in breach of contract. We are renting agents and also have an obligation towards the owner of the property.
