Useless!

Communication is shocking! Have sent emails on several different occasions pertaining to different queries. They don't bother to reply or even acknowledge receipt of your query! The only time they got their bums into action (Andre) was a few days days before the AGM, when a flurry of emails suddenly appeared, replies that were months overdue. Don't use these people.
