Unprofessional and Rude Personel

I only rated one star because there is so option of giving minus points as Pro Admin deserves! My sister stays in Lanzerac Complex, her electricity is off and when you want answers the lady who answers the phone is very rude! Immediately she asks if the electricity didn’t trip, that is obviously the first thing you check Then we said we did check, then she continues to say we have to check the outside box but it is locked with a lock. Unfortunately my xray vision is not as good as hers’ as she can look through closed DB boards. She is very rude and unprofessional and told us she can only help us after 08:00 so I don’t really understand why you have an afterhours line if your afterhours staff don’t do the work! I am not going to name and shame here but you can email me then I will gladly give you her name!
