there is nothing "pro" about this kind of 'admin"

<p>My property sale was completed on 26 September 2016. I immediately informed the person dealing with the complex account of this and enquired whether there was anything she required from me. She proceeded to inform me that she would attend to the matter. I called a week later and she informed me that she had a lot of emails and needed to time to get through them. i sent an email and even copied NAMA on Monday and received absolutely nothing. i called she said she was sick and would attend to my email, her supervisor even told her to ensure that she responds today. I have received nothing. I am in absolute shock at the fact that a service provider can treat anyone like this - it’s almost like she has told herself that the more i say anything the more she will ignore me. It's amazing to me that people like this are allowed to have jobs and earn a pay check that i fund from giving them business and not even to acknowledge receipt of my emails it’s appalling. it's so wring that to gtet anything done one has to get legal assistance and the people that inconvenience you carry on as if nothing happened </p>
