The very lousy crummy and downright ****ty service provided by Pro Admin property managers

Well this company has been nothing but a ***** up my side since I moved into my house at Prinsloo park complex 4 years ago. From the minute I was introduced to these property managers at our AGM meetings, they have been nothing but a troublesome bunch. Firstly, they have no issues debiting from my account diligently, every end of the month but we've had the municipal cut off our electricity 3 times since beginning of the year because Pro admin paid the electricity bill for the complex late,on the 18th of the month. Furthermore, you are send from one number to the next when trying to reach the property administrator, being Koketso Matimbe and Piet Ndlovu. Right now, Pro Admin owes me a refund and ive been given the run around for months, to point where they don't respond to my emails. Annoyingly they just about seldom pick up their phones at the office or respond to my emails. And I assure you, it seems to be the trend as other owners have expressed same discontent. So frustration builds up as none of them care to assist. Their services are below par, and they seem to care more for your money than anything else (since they are quick to cut off your electricity if you don't pay your levies on time!). Their attitude towards their customers is belittling and disrespectful.
