*****ing money - ******* Institution

Hi,<br> I am in the process of selling my house. My attorneys have obtained final figures from Pro Admin.<br> When the attorneys wanted to pay the final figures, they were told that an additional R1000+ rand has been added to the account. They state that it is for contravention of rules. Now I have not been informed of any contravention of rules and now they are withholding the certificate.
