Shocking service!
Very, very poor customer service. ProAdmin has been ignoring my emails and calls for two months. I have been requesting clarity regarding my insurance claim I have not received any response up to date. I have been requesting details to pay my account, and now for an explanation of the obscene amount and I am receiving no response. I have complained of their customer review platform and also no response. Terrible company to work with.
