ProAdmin worst managing company for any complex.

So we purchased a property in October 2019, without the knowledge of the complex being in financial difficulties due to ProAdmin not taking any legal actions for (Unknown) years with a unit not paying any levies. We got a 78% levies increase due to this unit not paying, ProAdmin is in the legal process now for over a year with this unit - without any further action as a legal notice of arrears.

The other two (2) units of the complex are paying their levies prior to levies payment dates, requesting feedback regarding the unit outstanding payments with the same answer weekly "we will follow up with the attorneys"

Note our levies are ± R5000.00 a month for a complex with only three (3) units, due to ProAdmin neglect of following up on any levies from one unit being in arrears. (Thus this unit is now in arrears with more then R30, 000.00)

We have garden service who are now contacting the owners of the complex asking them when they can get their payments as the managing agent who is responsible for the complex is never available.

The funds that is paid is to cover all the cost but they refuse to sort out the issue of the unit being in arrears for more then two (2) years.

This is the worst managing company every they are fast to say you need to pay your levies, don't worry if you a home owner and not paying your levies you okay as ProAdmin will just collect it from the rest of the home owners to cover your levies.
