Proadmin is an unjust corporation

This so called company used by my complex as a body corporate is a big **** and uninterested in owners plight despite it being a body corporate that suppose to handle matter amicably first but once u miss or your account is in arrears and even though you pay a minimum monthly and they still charge interest and letter of demand etc , they still hand you over to a lawyer which i find very unfair, this is a very bad corporation and am seeking legal advice on what my chances are on taking away the legal fees insituted on me
