ProAdmin is a ****!!! Do not rent at places that use ProAdmin!!

I paid all my bills, my bill increased in February they said there is a hot water and cold water bill, I paid. Next thing I come back my prepaid electricity is cut apparently I owe for my February water bill all of a sudden my bill is sky high when I already paid for February. Neighbours say if you question your bill it increases randomly and they cut off without notice forcing you to pay.
