Pro Admin...BAD BAD BAD

I would like to put an official complaint in against Pro Admin and their useless staff. I've app**** in November 2021 that my water services must be terminated, I got an email from Piet that my water will be shut off 30 November and a final reading will be done, whereas my deposit will be paid back to me, so far nothing has been done, all my emails are being ignored, this is the same company that if you pay late, they'll shut your water off immediately and charge you a R200,00 re disconnection fee, they really deserve no stars at all. If this matter isn't sorted out, I'll have to put an officle complaint in at the relevant body corporate, in my honest opinion I really hope our building manager drops this useless company soon.
