Pro Admin reference no problem with absa clients

They changed the payment Reference no. We bank with absa When we set up an EFT it is 100% correct on our side. When we make a payment it showes their account no. as our reference. We do not know why. My husband phoned and they said they are experiencing it with all the absa clients and will try and sort it out. The emailed back and said its our fault and billed us R250 extra for an incorrect reference. I personally think something isnt right with their absa account and they should sort out the problem with them. Not bill their clients extra for something they didnt do wrong.
