Pro admin poor service

Pro Admin was our complex's Sectional Title managers. Being part of the trustees had to continuously struggle to get service and guidance. In the last year and a half they changed portfolio managers 3 times. It all so came to light that their previous portfolio managers were not qualified to do the work. There are random additional cost that we had to pay for services that did not make sense like for stationary where all their communication is electronic. I complained for more than 3 years and copying a Sonja in communications on items we have issues on. Nothing came of it. Rather choose a lesser evil
