Pro-admin is such a disappointment

I am so ****es with pro-admin, they really lack professionalism. We were suppose to move out end of July 2020 and when we called them they kept on telling us that we moving end of August 2020 due to not giving a month's notice but it is clearly stated on the lease agreement that we are supposed to move out end of July, we managed to talk that over and we moved out. Since than they told us that the inspector will come and do inspection and he never showed up. Today when I called his he said he resheduled the meeting for Wednesday and that time he is telling me this m far from Pretoria and the person I told to go for me is by the door and is already waiting. To this day they kept making excuses. Someone please assist with the issue
