Pro Admin Brick Wall issues

During the rain season my brick wall leaks water. Ive send emails to Pro admin requesting to send someone to come and fix the wall. They send an uncertified guy where they did a poor job and my wall is still leaking water through. To make matter worse below the wall is a electrical socket, I told Pro admin if water gets into the socket then thr wiring of the house can get damaged or my life is in danger. Ive send another email to them asking to hire a certified building contractor to come and fix my wall and Im still waiting. Poor service from Pro admin. Guys dont work with Pro Admin cause if they keep giving me excuses Im taking this further
