Poor sevice from Pro Admin Administrator

I am still shaking. The type of service I have just received from Pro Admin Administrator is just shoking. I am a tenant at one of their properties, i sent an email to them reporting some damages in the flat , i didn't get a response from them so I decided to call in, I spoke to a lady called Terreza who was extremely rude to me, she said that the person dealing with my flat was not available until next week Tuesday meaning that i will only get help then. She also pointed out that i cant call on Friday 13:11 and expect immediate help..mind you they close at 16:00pm then she immediately dropped the phone while I was talking. i called back, the phone rang 3 times and went straight to engaged mode after that... i called for the 3rd time a lady called Lundi picked up and as i was trying to explain the matter she interrupted me and said \you know what just send me an mail of what you want". I emailed her and this was her response: Good afternoon"
