Nonsense ProAdmin

I am writing this review with so much anger. This company is so insensitive to people's plight and i feel like it's racially motivated. I have emailed them to request to pay half of my utility on 07 November 2024 as i have financial challenges due to fixing my car. and i have requested to pay the balance which is R350 on 25th November 2024. they want me to pay interest of R442 before they can accept my arrangement. I mean what nonsense is that and where has that ever happened. I mean as a client I have a right to make an arrangement and i feel like they always trample on our rights as clients by threatening to switch off lights and water. I mean there are people that owes thousands and millions but i am requesting to make an arrangement they trample on my rights like this!! I mean i even provided proof.
