No response or customer service!
I have unfortunately being dealing with these *********** people for 11 and half years. Most recently I have been trying to get a recon out of them since 25 April. I send countless emails and they just get ignored. Really, really unimpressed!!!!

This matter has been dealt with, some feedback takes longer as with this specific matter, we had to wait for feedback from the governing body of the scheme.
