No interest in assisting customers| inhumane bunch

An absolute shambles of an agency. I have spent 5 months without a working geyser in my apartment and after several attempts to get this resolved no one has taken any action. I am constantly being told that they will get a hold of the owner but there is always an excuse about not being able to reach him, excuses about personal reasons of which I have nothing to do with. How do you expect a person to sit through a whole winter without any hot water and still have to paid the full months rent each time? This must be some kind of joke. I have been here for just shy of 15 months and not one thing has been done about the things that are meant to be fixed, from a couple of leaks in the bathroom and kitchen to a door that’s been half cracked since my arrival here. An inspection was done 2 months after I had moved in a quote was drafted but there has been no action whatsoever. Very quick to want their money, but snail pace to get anything done. Worst people to rent from.
