More like Rude Admin

<p>It is unfortunate that one rude staff member is making the whole company look bad, but that is just the way it is I suppose. The lady called Mara at Pro Admin Sunnyside branch, aparently she is the manager, which is weird because she doesn't even know how to speak to frusrated customers in a professional manner. She is the person dealing with my damaged vehicle claim, but it has been a real nightmare dealing with this lady. She talks and acts like she owns Pro Admin and if Pro Admin doesn't wake up, she'll cause their business to lose a lot of clients, that's for sure. I will never advise anyone to make use of their service as long as that woman it still working there. </p>
