Lack of responsibility

I moved out of a rental property 3months ago and was supposed to be reimbursed my electricity deposit by Proadmin Sunnyside To date I have sent more than 3 emails made more than 3 calls only to be **** to repeatedly that payment will be made. The attitude of the person I've liaised with is absolutely appaling and wonder if it was her in my shoes would she accept such service. She has failed to display any level of professionalism. This my money and I want it.end of story.
