They are *********** and do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Have been struggling with our levies account with them for 7 months. Each month they have promised to fix it and each month it is wrong again. you phone them to sort the issue out and they promise to do it that day or by the next day and to phone you when it is rectified, but then they do not phone back at all and nothing is fixed. Highly disappointed with the service.
