Horrible, Law breaking Property Administrators

<p>I have sent this email 5 days ago to Rikus Pretorius and Elonne Lemmer and yet to be responded, How do We get people like these to abide by the laws and held them accountable for their lack of actions??</p> <p><br />Good day,</p> <p>Can I have a detailed breakdown of what my R562 monthly levy covers? As am billed for "Services";"Sanitation"; & Water SEPARATELY in addition to my monthly Levy and Also why am I charged debtor's interest for October when there was surplus in my account?
