Extremely annoyed. A pain to deal with.

I have not received my deposit money even though I moved out of there days ago and there was nobody sent to inspect as I was moving. Similar to when I moved in, an inspection was only done two months later. Repairs to the apartment were NEVER done the entire 20 months I was there - I lived without a working geyser for 14 of those months. I cannot wait for weeks to get my deposit money which I need to cover rental at my new place. Every time I try to phone the person who handles this I am unable to reach them, I keep getting sent back to the switchboard. When I email and ask about a deposit, nothing is said. I am very annoyed.
