Emails blocked over R100 parking fee

This company is the worst of the worst, so unprofessional. How are you going to block an owner from sending emails, emails asking them to remove R100 charge for parking since I am not using parking. I have been asking for this amount to be removed since November 2023, it May 2024 and they have blocked my emails. So basically they want me to keep paying that R100 even though I am not using parking.

Never in my life have I come across such, and to be honest I try not to be in touch with this company so I make sure my things are in order. The one time I have an issue I get blocked. The client has been blocked.
