Day light ******s

This people are day ligh ******s. I went to apply for a place but only to find out that even till today I still don't have a place to stay. I got to pro admin offices in Pretoria. Did an application and paid the application fee which was R800 (a fee of R350 will be returned if application fails)that was written boldy on the application form. Now number one is the property I app**** for was R2800 which was written on their list. Now a lady by the name of Marie was helping me, she called to say the application is approved but the property is not R2800 but R3800,she said they have made a typing error. So to me it's not my problem but theirs, so now Marie said I can't get the refund and Marie said if I apply again I need to pay another R800. So I do not recommend this people to anyone they are rude, day light ******s. I'm still shocked even now because no one has contacted me at all.
