*****ed business

I’ve only had issues after issues. They make mistakes, I prove it’s their fault they add admin fees to my bill. The staff have no professional communication skills. Their staff turnover is really high.

They ignore payments if you don’t use their preferred reference (that they don’t share with you till later) then continue to fine you and blame you, use really rude language and just the most unprofessional, *****ed business that I’ve ever dealt with. I think a consumer protection lawyer needs to have a look at their business model.
