COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE
A complete waste of time trying to get any type of service from Pro Admin. They have no idea how to handle complaints. Paying owners have to struggle & sort out their own issues which is unacceptable. Levies outstanding for years, no resolution yet. One thing they are brilliant with is excuses, have to give them that!

21 Jul 2022, 12:09Follow up with Suzelle & Marietjie handling the Crafford Park BC account, issues not sorted out for weeks on end. The last issue I had I involved your CEO, nothing much happened, just excuses so no, Im not completing any links, you wasted enough of my time. If you responded with the same urgency to our matters than you responded here it will already be positive but you seriously have no idea how to manage a BC.
