Charges R20 per SMS!!!

I am absolutely stunned as well as horrified at both the lack of professionalism, rudeness and the fact that they charge you R20 per SMS as a reminder to pay levies. That is beyond ridiculous. Having said that, Pro Admin isn't a Company that cares about their clients or even cares to do something about complaints. This should give you an idea as to what they think of their clients. Stay far far away from using them as your managing agent. Being the Chairman of Amberfield Height's HOA, we were looking at moving over to them, but that will be blocked as long as I am on the board.
