BEYOND terrible!

End of June I received an electricy bill x3 more than usual - I live in a small 2 bedroom unit in a complex!!! When queried with Pro admin, they said estimates were taken during lockdown (their explanation for everything) - no other help or assistance!!!! After that, myself (and MANY others) in our complex sent them emails/phoned them to investigate and provide us with photos of meter readings and explanations which to date, none of us received. For some readings, they do not even have photo evidence...because conveniently the driver did not have his phone with him. When you phone them, nobody is ever available and they VERY SELDOM reply to emails or return calls. One of the WORST companies I have ever come across. Very scared and still waiting to get my July electricity bill!
