Bad service on claim

Pro admin deals with the estate that I live in and pay insurance for on a monthly basis I had lightning damage to my house over a month ago and they don’t provide me with any feedback on what’s going on with my claim I will be taking this matter further to the short term insurance ombudsman Really bad service
