Bad service and incorrect billing

This is a flippin bad company, if you want to rent and find that they are managing the property, RUUUUUUN. I had an oustanding levy which was settled in March and in April I receive a statement saying I owe 538 for creditor collection fee which was charged on a R0 balance account.
