Bad Service

Had issues from day 1 with the company as they allocated my deposit on two separate accounts. After 2 years still not rectified. Thank goodness we moved but 2 months later and no refund of the deposit yet, no replies to e-mails nothing. Their bookkeeping is shocking as well as customer service.
