Bad Financial Service

It seems that their financial department is not doing their job properly. We have paid our levies on time with all necessary reference numbers and then they asked us to get a letter from ABSA Bank to confirm the reference although we have mailed them the proof of payment from ABSA. Now I must use my time and my petrol to go to the bank for a confirmation letter. No Pro Admin this is not on guys.
